 In my view mixing the seating plan up does not work properly. Yes it forces individuals to mix and also on the odd occasion with very outgoing people it can result in a great atmosphere with plenty of new friends made. In most cases it simply invites small talk and also this doesn't improve the atmosphere in any way. Likewise, asking guests to maneuver seats for every course. It may work on a dinner party or any other less formal event however when you are seated in a wedding, specifically if you don't know anyone it's frustrating and messy being asked to maneuver once you feel you are just learning someone all night . to begin with small talk again. http://weddingbyu.ie/
